一、聽句子,選出句子中所包含的信息。
本題型主要是考查學(xué)生捕捉句子中關(guān)鍵信息的能力。一般所給的四個(gè)選項(xiàng)的讀音都比較接近,若放在句子中考查,還是有一定難度的。如:時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、人物名稱,關(guān)鍵數(shù)字等。當(dāng)試卷上出現(xiàn)含有阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字的選項(xiàng)時(shí)應(yīng)特別注意,由于這類題有一個(gè)阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字轉(zhuǎn)換或英文數(shù)字語音的反應(yīng)過程,所以要加強(qiáng)對表示數(shù)量、時(shí)刻、年月日、編號、電話號碼等數(shù)詞的英文讀法的練習(xí)。
例如:A. October3rd, 1989
B.August 3rd, 1999
C.October 1st, 1999
D.August 1st, 1989

這時(shí)就需要你首先讀準(zhǔn)單詞,知道詞與詞之間讀音的不同,才能判斷哪一個(gè)是正確答案。在本題中還有可能出現(xiàn)聽力答案和聽力材料是相同的內(nèi)容,但卻是以不同的方式出現(xiàn)的。

二、聽句子,選出該句的最佳答語。
這樣的題型既考查了學(xué)生的聽力,又考查了學(xué)生的社會(huì)交際中的英語語言知識,這就需要學(xué)生們了解在特定的情景下如何更恰當(dāng)?shù)鼗卮疬@個(gè)問題。
例如:

本題型不再是簡單的圖畫,而是根據(jù)對話的內(nèi)容選擇能回答問題的選項(xiàng)。在聽對話時(shí),最好邊聽邊記,用自己平時(shí)熟悉的標(biāo)記和符號,簡單記錄一下重要的信息,尤其是數(shù)字、時(shí)間、日期、人名、地名、所發(fā)生的事件等細(xì)節(jié),這樣有助于形成完整的對話,以備核對復(fù)查。
例如:A. 26cents. B. 60 cents.C. 30 cents. D. 13 cents.

四、聽短文和問題,選擇正確答案。
2004年中考把本題型內(nèi)容增大,增至三篇材料。從聽力材料的內(nèi)容含量來看要求明顯加強(qiáng)。這就需要學(xué)生們加強(qiáng)對這種題型的練習(xí)。在聽短文時(shí),需要學(xué)生做到邊聽邊記,不能光憑大腦記憶,一聽而過,而要養(yǎng)成聽音過程中邊聽邊手記的習(xí)慣,這樣做有助于解決每一個(gè)小題,在選擇時(shí)才更有把握。一般的短文理解中,大多數(shù)問題的答案可以從聽力材料中直接獲取,關(guān)鍵是要善于辨別出提供選項(xiàng)的重要信息和細(xì)節(jié),短文材料的內(nèi)容要比對話材料更多、更深、更廣,除了一些人名、地名、日期、數(shù)字之外,還有事件發(fā)生的地點(diǎn)、時(shí)間及原因,或是行為發(fā)生的方式、方法、條件和結(jié)果等。因此只有聽懂并記住這些重要信息與細(xì)節(jié),才能選出正確答案。

五、聽對話填空。
本題型不是簡單地填單詞了,而是考查學(xué)生對篇章的理解能力和正確獲取信息的能力。這是一種綜合性較強(qiáng)的試題,這就要求學(xué)生在聽懂短文或?qū)υ挼幕A(chǔ)上,還要能把所聽的此信息用文字表達(dá)出來,補(bǔ)全的內(nèi)容是錄音中的某些關(guān)鍵信息。學(xué)生事先閱讀試卷上提供的文字材料。(這些文字材料不是錄音的原文,而是以提綱的形式再現(xiàn)的錄音主要內(nèi)容。)這樣在聽材料時(shí),就更有目標(biāo),更能抓住關(guān)鍵詞。
